All etching is done by hand. I will customize each glass specific to your request.

Due to each item being handmade, please allow 10-20 business day production time(weekends and holidays are not included). You will receive an email to the address you use to place your order with the status update on your order.

The production time is an estimate of time and does not guarantee a delivery date. You will receive order updates via the email address you use to place your order with Omega's Craft House. I do my best to get all orders out as soon as possible, there are times the entire production time is not needed, but there are times when the production load is heavy and the time runs over.
